A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead the design, execution, and optimization of their marketing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize full-funnel marketing architecture and conduct funnel analysis
Manage paid media strategy across various platforms and oversee campaign execution
Build dashboards for reporting on funnel metrics and collaborate with sales for lead quality feedback
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue operations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Deep expertise with CRM platforms, preferably Zoho, and marketing automation workflows
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience in B2B professional services marketing is preferred
