What You’ll Do

This position is charged with acquiring and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of SETS system functionality, upgrades, and enhancements, and providing first-level technical assistance and problem resolution for users of the SETS system.

The ideal job candidate will be an independent worker who is able to collect, analyze and process data quickly and accurately, define unusual problems, establish facts and draw complex conclusions.

Responsibilities include researching, analyzing and evaluating reported issues to distinguish between user and system errors, responding to CSEA inquiries and educating users in the proper use of the system, assisting users through the problem-solving process, and pro-active review and follow-up on SETS financial transactions and processes.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm.

Travel : Travel required, as needed. Must provide own transportation, or in order to operate a state vehicle, you must have a valid drivers license.
