Travel Pharmacist - Acute Care Hospital - OH

Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

Soliant Health is currently seeking a Travel Pharmacist for an inpatient setting at a hospital in Ohio. This position will commence as a 13-week contract, requiring full-time availability.

Job Title : Travel Pharmacist

Setting : Hospital - Inpatient

Start Date : ASAP

Shift : Varied, 0700 1530 and / or 1500 2330, No on-call

Responsibilities :

• Inpatient Pharmacist Position in an Acute Hospital Setting
• Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary health care team
• Engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults, and order verification
• Work directly with nursing, physicians, and peers to provide acute care services

Requirements :

• Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmD
• Active State of Ohio pharmacist license
• Three years inpatient pharmacy experience and / or completion of ASHP accredited pharmacy residency program preferred
