Required Skill(s) :

3+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on customer relationship management platforms.

Expertise in the configuration, customization, and optimization of the C360 platform.

Proven experience leading the implementation and deployment of C360 solutions for clients.

Strong knowledge of API and integration architecture, with experience developing custom integrations and APIs.

Experience designing data architectures and data models to support analytics requirements.

Proficiency in analytics tools and techniques for deriving insights from data.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
