Salary : $29.09 - $40.53 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
SUMMARY
The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Recruitment :
- Maintain and manage outstanding communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Partners with stakeholders to build and sustain affiliation agreements with universities and technical institutes.
- Onboarding students and maintaining communication for recruitment opportunities. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with department managers / leaders to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods, pipelines and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Develops and implements job postings and advertisement process.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews, oversees preparation of interview question and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, conducts initial interview, and coordinates additional interviews as applicable.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and / or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Keeps abreast of emerging industry trends and usage for recruitment.
- Builds and maintains recruitment statistical data and contracts including, but not limited to, turnover rates, time to fill positions, colleges, students, and exit interviews.
- Maintains relationships with colleges and universities for recruitment pipelines.
- Creates and maintains a recruitment budget.
- Physician recruitment as assigned.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience preferredHealthcare recruitment preferredESSENTIAL SKILLS
