Located in east El Paso, Texas, this Level II trauma hospital with over 300 patient beds offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including emergency care, cardiac services, women’s health, Level III NICU, rehabilitation, bariatric clinic, and Minimally Invasive Surgery Center.

Job Summary :
As the Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Services, you'll oversee CV Recovery, Cardiovascular Services, and the Electrophysiology Lab.
Your responsibilities include managing operations efficiently, integrating services for comprehensive care, implementing quality initiatives, strategic planning, physician relations, marketing, financial accountability, and ensuring safety standards compliance.
Job Qualifications :
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certifications
- Must have one of the following : ARRT, RN, RCIS, or RCES certification
- BSN required, MSN or MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of clinical cardiovascular leadership experience
- Ideal candidate has extensive Cath Lab and EP experience with years in leadership roles

- Total Units Covered : Cath, EP, IR, ECHO / VAS
- Bed Count : 3 Cath Labs, 1 EP Lab, 1 IR Lab
- Staffing : 20-25 FTEs with adults-only patients
- Procedures : 50-60 per month per area
- Compensation : Up to $150k plus leadership bonus, relocation assistance case-by-case
