Descripción del trabajoOversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service Implement company policies, procedures, and best practices Lead and motivate store team members, including training, scheduling, and driving productivity Manage inventory, including control, ordering, receiving, and loss prevention Assist in meeting sales targets and executing promotional strategies Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally Support cash management and accurate financial reporting Participate in ongoing training to develop management skills Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture Use data and insights to implement strategies that boost sales and enhance guest experience Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards 1-2 years of retail or related industry experience; supervisory experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Strong customer service and sales skills Experience with inventory management and loss prevention Cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Leadership and team-building abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Description
Compensation Range : $65,000-85,000 / year based on experience. Additional performance-based incentives are also available.
