Job Responsibilities :

• Customer Service Excellence : Manage all aspects of customer service, ensuring 100%satisfaction from initial contact through service completion.
• Efficient Scheduling and Dispatch : Coordinate and optimize service schedules and techniciandispatches to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supportive Technician Interaction : Provide essential support to technicians, from issuingpurchase orders to managing equipment needs.
• Proactive Billing and Administrative Support : Handle billing and provide comprehensiveadministrative support to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience as a Dispatcher : At least 1 year experience as a Dispatcher, preferably within anHVAC company.
• Relevant Experience : 1-2 years of experience in roles that require exceptional customerservice and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Workflow Management : Skilled in scheduling, dispatch operations, and usingsoftware systems for efficient workflow.
• Billing and Administrative Skills : Experienced in billing procedures and capable of providingcomprehensive administrative support.
• Legal Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the US.
