Senior Agile Scrum Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Agile Scrum Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and support Scrum teams in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, develop project plans, and track progress

Lead and mentor Agile teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive high performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field plus 7 years of experience

PMP and Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) are required

Minimum of 5-7 years managing software development projects in an Agile Scrum environment

Experience with Agile frameworks and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
