TA Services is seeking an energetic, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations and logistics. Reporting to the Operations Leader, this role acts as a key customer contact and manages daily execution of safety, delivery, staffing, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, capable of enforcing policies, mentoring teams, and ensuring optimal material flow and delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse operations including material flow, staffing, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction across multiple shifts.
- Conduct employee performance reviews, manage attendance, support staffing needs, and handle employee relations in partnership with HR.
- Ensure adherence to PPE standards, safety protocols, ISO 9001 : 2000 quality systems, and internal compliance procedures.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison; ensure accurate receiving, order setup, and timely resolution of inventory or delivery issues.
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to meet business and performance goals.

High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree preferred (especially in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business)35 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics managementPrior leadership or supervisory experience requiredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Familiarity with ISO 9001 : 2000 and quality control proceduresContinuous improvement / lean methodology experience preferredPersonality Traits
