Essential Functions :

Financial Analysis and Reporting :

• Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Technology-Driven Solutions :

• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas where technology can improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
• Partner to implement and drive utilization of financial software tools and systems to streamline reporting and data analysis.

Data Management :

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data, ensuring data integrity and consistency across various systems and reports.
• Contribute to data cleansing and validation efforts to enhance the quality of financial information.

Budgeting and Forecasting :

• Develop budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with business units and finance managers.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to identify potential areas of resource efficiency.

Financial Modeling :

• Build and update financial models to analyze business scenarios and assess their impact on financial performance.
• Prepare financial presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management.

Compliance and Internal Controls :

• Help maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
• Participate in internal audits and assist in implementing recommendations.

Process Improvement :

Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department, leveraging technology to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, 2-4 years of relevant experience or a combination of experience and education
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools (, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate e fectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven SAAS environment.
• Highly motivated and proactive with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.

Desired :

Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools is a plus.
