A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate, Nights & Weekends.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide Tier 1 user support via Zendesk email
Act as an advocate and onboarding specialist for users, ensuring inquiries are handled per SLAs
Diagnose and resolve non-complex technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed
Required Qualifications :
Experience in customer support or a similar role in a high-growth environment is preferred
Motivated by helping others and improving user experiences
Ability to synthesize insights from user interactions for the Engineering team
Experience with DeFi, knowledge of blockchains, and familiarity with crypto wallets is a plus
Remote work capability for US-based candidates
