A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to build strong, lasting relationships with customers in higher education.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee customer onboarding and implementation activities in collaboration with internal teams
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across customer institutions
Act as the customer's trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout their relationship
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise-class systems, preferably in higher education
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
Familiarity with Student Information Systems or related student systems
Understanding of customer success principles and technical consulting
Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming languages like PHP is a plus
