Director of Catering Sales

Job Summary

Director of Catering Sales Responsibilities :

• Arrange all meetings and events, be in service to the client
• Develop and mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Develop annual budgets and track sales performance
• Create customized packages for events
• Preside over BEOs, ensure execution is flawless
• Work in tandem with Marketing teams

Director Of Catering Sales Requirements :

• Requires good communication skills
• Working closely with clients, as well as with the banquets, culinary, beverage and operations staff
• Previous Director of Catering Sales experience in a large scale convention center setting
• P&L accountability and / or contract-managed service experience.
• Open availability and flexibility with schedule
