Mon- Fri 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Operation from our Salt Lake City headquarters, we work diligently to promote cultural understanding and personal growth, creating lifelong bonds between host families and au pairs while upholding integrity and accountability across our global community.

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist both existing and prospective clients seeking childcare services.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential clients, furnishing information and promptly addressing inquiries.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and match them with available services, providing customized solutions.
  • Foster robust rapport with clients and partners, ensuring consistent and efficient communication.
  • Assist in processing customer paperwork and internal documentation with precision and timeliness.
  • Coordinate various customer accounts, activities, and events seamlessly.
  • Clearly communicate business policies and procedures to clientele.
  • Exhibit proficiency and understanding of operational processes within Customer Service.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to accomplish shared goals.
  • Uphold the standards of internal business procedures with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Manage incoming phone calls by appropriately assigning and redirecting them as needed.
