Qualifications :

• 1 year LPN experience (required)
• Adolescent experience (preferred)
• Psychiatric or Behavioral Health experience (preferred)
• Physical within the last year or ability to obtain
• TB test within the last year or ability to obtain

License / Certifications :

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (required)
• BLS certification (required)
