Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Compiling and distributing both electronically and manually a large number of chemical product files. Record-keeping, indexing, and scanning.
• Reporting progress on internal and external inquiries.
• Handles communication with colleagues about planning and coordination.
• Contributes to the project as a team member.

Required Qualifications :

• The individual must.
• Possess very good, working knowledge of MS Office suite applications, Adobe Acrobat / Nuance PDF converter or similar applications be willing to work with quite a large size of data and be able to generate reports have excellent file management skills be able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least several years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).

Desired Qualifications :

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with FIFRA related tasks (State level labeling and registration) and OSHA's safety data sheets (SDS) is a plus.
