Field Service Controls Technician Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Install and / or commission control systems for commercial kitchen ventilation.
• Install low 230+ volt and electrical equipment Perform site surveys of commercial kitchen ventilation hoods and mechanical systems.
• Perform site meetings to coordinate various trades for product installation.
• Deliver formal site training to end ‐ users (kitchen staff and site engineers).
• Write technical reports at project completion for submission to customer.
• Provide technical support to customers and contractors to resolve issues rapidly and thoroughly.
• Make recommendations for potential service enhancements or modifications to meet the ever-changing needs of the customer.  Manage all travel arrangements once jobs are assigned each week, including and changes that may occur while on the road.
• Submit weekly expense reports.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings. 100%+ travel required (regional, national, or international) Other job duties as assigned.
