Descripción del trabajoPost invoices Reconcile statements Disburse checks Balance statements and finalize data Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks Experience using a Reynolds and Reynolds DMS Strong communication skills Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team Have AR / AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
Job Summary : The Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk computes, classifies, and enters numerical data into financial software to complete financial records.

Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits :
- Medical (including Prescription Plan)
- Dental & Vision
- Group Life & AD&D Insurance
- 401(k) starts January or July following a year of employment
- 1 Week after one year of employment.
- 2 Weeks after three years of employment.
- 4 Personal days, accrue 1 every 3 months of employment.
