A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist, Eastern time US Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closure
Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction
Act as the main point-of-contact for all parties involved, coordinating necessary scheduling and updates
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination / processing
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in navigating multiple software systems
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
