    • The role

    Own Zumlo’s clinical backbone. Define scope of service and referrals, build a simple, reliable safety OS, set meaningful outcomes, and partner with Product and AI so help is useful—and respectful of its limits.

    What you’ll lead

  • Scope & model : what we do / don’t do; redlines; referral criteria; evidence-informed approach (CBT / DBT / ACT / MI).
  • Safety & governance : triage & escalation paths, clear SOPs, supervision / peer review, incidents / RCA, community standards.
  • Quality & outcomes : practical screeners, cadence, dashboards, audits, continuous improvement.
  • AI integrity : guardrails, approved sources / provenance, red-team thinking, evaluation tied to safety and utility.
  • Compliance & partnerships : HIPAA-aligned practices; hire / mentor core clinicians; build referral and pilot partners.

    • What makes you a strong fit

  • Senior clinical leadership in digital health / telehealth or multi-site program operations.
  • You’ve built and run quality & safety programs and practice measurement-based care.
  • Plain-language communicator; steady in crisis; collaborative with product / engineering.
  • Nice to have (not required) : active US license; accreditation or pragmatic research; experience defining AI boundaries; multi-state ops.

  • Founder-level equity now. Salary and benefits activate post-funding.
