Job descriptionPrivacy & trust Evidence over hype Inclusive by default Scope & model : what we do / don’t do; redlines; referral criteria; evidence-informed approach (CBT / DBT / ACT / MI). Safety & governance : triage & escalation paths, clear SOPs, supervision / peer review, incidents / RCA, community standards. Quality & outcomes : practical screeners, cadence, dashboards, audits, continuous improvement. AI integrity : guardrails, approved sources / provenance, red-team thinking, evaluation tied to safety and utility. Compliance & partnerships : HIPAA-aligned practices; hire / mentor core clinicians; build referral and pilot partners. Senior clinical leadership in digital health / telehealth or multi-site program operations. You’ve built and run quality & safety programs and practice measurement-based care. Plain-language communicator; steady in crisis; collaborative with product / engineering. Nice to have (not required) : active US license; accreditation or pragmatic research; experience defining AI boundaries; multi-state ops. Founder-level equity now.
