Group Manager Training
The Group Manager Training is responsible for managing and achieving business results through a team of employees. This position includes being responsible for all aspects of performance management (setting expectations, observing, coaching, counseling, and rewarding), performance metrics and tracking, and supporting an engaged and collaborative team environment. This includes monitoring employee and program performance, recommending process improvements, leading team projects, and collaborating with the department and other areas of the business on new program initiatives. Additionally, this position is a key relationship manager with their respective business leader(s) and other key Subject Matter Expert(s) in their assigned functions.
Responsibilities :
Drive Business Results : Actively manage and coach OTS team to drive consistent achievement of business goals based on reporting analysis, observation and monitoring. Proactively monitor daily / weekly business statistics and reporting trends / variances to inform management of potential trends, issues and opportunities.
Train employees on performance guidance and process improvements, such as preparing and executing team call evaluations, individual call evaluations, group interactions and individual interactions.
Monitor employee performance and recommend process improvements. Lead team projects and collaborate with the department and other areas of the business on new program initiatives.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Minimum Requirements :
Education : High School Diploma
Experience : 4+ years' experience in an Account Manager, Group Manager and / or training role.
