Senior Test Manager

To lead the testing team to ensure the deliverables meet the client requirements and the specified quality and timeline parameters.

1.) To participate in organisation initiatives like CMMI compliance , DQI. (2.) To project manage the testing project like estimating, resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc.

3.) To lead, guide, manage, engage and develop the team. (4.) To manage customer expectations on deliverables.
