Location : Moonachie, NJ
The Sanitation Technician is tasked with ensuring that sanitation practices adhere to the standards and policies established by the company.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Consistently apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and execute directions effectively.
- Exhibit flexibility in work hours, including the willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
- Possess the capability to lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Work efficiently in environments that may be wet and dusty.
- Demonstrate a lack of fear regarding heights and the ability to ascend ladders.
- Follow detailed work instructions while performing cleaning duties on equipment.
- Utilize chemicals safely and in accordance with provided chemical guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility, including restrooms.
- Clean and maintain all types of equipment, and report any equipment that requires repair.
- Clean and properly store all equipment utilized during cleaning tasks, including mop buckets.
- Ensure that all personal protective equipment is kept clean and stored appropriately after each use.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, adhering to the established work schedule.
- Uphold a positive and respectful attitude, cooperating with colleagues, management, and other relevant personnel.
- Report any incidents of harassment to the Team Leader, Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
- Accept and act upon directions and instructions provided.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times and promptly report any unsafe conditions or injuries to the Supervisor.
- Execute other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
