Position Description :

We are seeking an ERP HRM Business Analyst to join our CGI team in Phoenix, AZ! This role will be supporting one of our long-standing clients in the Phoenix metro area.

This position is located in our "Phoenix, AZ office" with work performed at the "client site in Mesa, AZ"; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

You will be required to be at the client site 2 to 3 days per week.

  • Lead, coordinate and perform the functional task related to the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Provide support for conversion, interfaces, reports and forms analysis
  • Translate the business case analysis and client requirements into design documents
  • Coordinate and lead peer review sessions
  • Consult with client about root causes of human resource issues and provide organized and systematic methods of solution implementation
  • Mentor, influence, facilitate, present, communicate, develop, analyze, and problem solve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your future duties and responsibilities :

How you'll make an impact

Provide consultative services to our clients by being responsible for providing subject matter expertise for the Advantage HRM products, which includes Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources functions.

  • Identify ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation
  • Assist in the installation of ERP software and upgrades ensure seamless integration within the business environment
  • Provide functional support for the Advantage HRM products
  • Track and act as liaison between the client and other organizations within CGI
  • Perform testing and assist in resolution of issues identified within the application
  • Provide configuration and training of ERP end-users, when necessary, for new and upgraded functionality
  • Prepare development progress updates and document ERP processes
  • Keep abreast of the latest Advantage ERP upgrades and offerings

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

What you'll bring

Two to four years of ERP HRM Business Analysis experience

o ERP systems e.g., Advantage, SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, and especially in HR area.

Prefer experience with our "CGI Advantage ERP product.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional team collaboration and communication abilities
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint

Desired qualifications / non-essential skills :

  • One to two years of client facing work involving IT applications
  • Use of tools like JIRA, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, information technology, or similar course of studies
  • Certification in Oracle SaaS ERP or SAP ERP Business Process Integration
