Years of Experience REQ :

• MUST HAVE WORKDAY implementation experience focused on reporting, Prism analytics and HCM integrations and data conversation
• Bachelor’s Degree (in Business, Technology, or HR / HRIS field) OR years’ work-related experience REQ
• years HR system admin exp including interfaces, system imports, workflows, and business processes REQ
• years advanced Cognos / Business Intelligence report writing, SQL Project Management exp PREFERRED
• years advanced UltiPro system admin exp PREFERRED

Job Summary :

• Integration Development & Management, Vendor Management, Internal Systems Liaison, Security, and Reporting & Analytics
• Provides IS support to HR by coordinating the preparation and installation of data processing procedures and systems, programming, and report writing as required;
• Identifies user needs & develops specifications of a complex nature; Acts as department liaison with IS for HR system projects, internal departments & third party vendors;
• Partners with all areas of HR & their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improves processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities;

Functions as primary POC for all HR metrics; Build project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers.
