Nurse Director of Surgical Services

West Texas hospital part of a system looking to bring on a Director Surgical Services! This Director will oversee 10+OR's will all the speciality departments plus Open Heart.

Will oversee a team of 140+ FTE's with several Assistant Directors. All new executive leadership team!

Licensed RN with a BSN and Masters preferred.

3+ years in an acute care surgery center setting with leadership experience.

ACLS and BLS certifications.

Ability to be a hands on type leader and help mentor and train.
