What You'll Do

Build lasting relationships with guests who trust you to improve their physical and mental well being. Educate and guide clients toward healthier lifestyles through consistent therapeutic massage. Collaborate authentically with team members to create exceptional experiences. Recommend personalized solutions including specialized treatments like CBD and Hot Stone Therapy. Represent our values in every interaction, making each guest feel truly cared for. Support team goals while growing your own expertise and career.

• Starting pay: $27-$30 per service hour PLUS commissions and full tips
• Merit-based increases leading to $48-$50 per service hour for experienced therapists

Requirements

Current Texas massage therapy license

Proficiency in (or eagerness to learn) deep tissue and Swedish modalities

Strong communication skills and genuine desire to help others
