What you'll do:

Build lasting relationships with guests who trust you to improve their physical and mental well being; educate and guide clients toward healthier lifestyles through consistent therapeutic massage; collaborate authentically with team members to create exceptional experiences; recommend personalized solutions including specialized treatments like CBD and Hot Stone Therapy; represent our values in every interaction, making each guest feel truly cared for; support team goals while growing your own expertise and career.

What we offer our values-driven team:

Competitive, growth-focused compensation: starting pay: $27-$30 per service hour PLUS commissions and full tips; merit-based increases leading to $48-$50 per service hour for experienced therapists; transparent pay structure that rewards dedication and skill development.

Requirements:

Current Texas massage therapy license; proficiency in (or eagerness to learn) deep tissue and Swedish modalities; strong communication skills and genuine desire to help others; alignment with our five core values (we'll discuss these in detail during interviews).
