Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and organize data from various sources to support operational decision-making

Assist in the analysis and interpretation of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Prepare detailed reports and summaries to communicate findings and recommended solutions to management and teams

Required Qualifications

1-2 years' experience in a quality control, operations, or customer support role

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy

Proficient with web research and Google search tools
