Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Must have worked as Application Support Lead for a team of 10+
- Must have worked in Banking domain for 3 5 years
- Good knowledge of working on applications in .Net environment
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and report generation as per business requirements
- Exposure in working on Production Support on Banking Systems like Payments, Forex, Loan Systems, Repo etc.
- Proven knowledge and robust understanding of banking industry and processes
- Should be flexible to work off business hours and weekends as required
- Should be well versed with industry standard SDLC in Banking Industry
- Candidate should be ITIL Certified
- Strong skills and exposure of working on Incident Management, Problem Management, Critical Incident coordination and handling
- Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
