Anengineering firm that has been in business for decades is hiring aSenior Mechanical Engineer with Healthcare project experience fortheir Tampateam!

Responsibilities :

• Workclosely with management to lead engineering team on healthcareprojects
• HVAC / plumbingcalculations
• Buildingload analysis (Trane Trace or CarrierHP)
• Building / equipmentand programassessments
• Constructionadministrative duties including shop drawing review and RFI / projectcloseouts
• Mentor / trainjuniorstaff
• Completeprojects by duedate
• Build / maintainclientrelationships

Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in MechanicalEngineering
• 12years of mechanical designexperience
• Experiencewith healthcare engineering planning and / orprogramming
• HVAC / plumbingdesignexperience
• Proficientin AutoCAD andRevit

Salaryis commensurate withexperience.
