Food Runner

Earn up to $14- $18 / hour(rate includes tips factored in)! We are looking for a competent Food Runner for Jorge's. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude.

Must be 18 or over to apply.

• High school diploma is a plus but not required

Responsibilities :

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
• Deliver to-go food orders to curbside vehicles
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
• Assist the wait staff with table setting by placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
• Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
• Inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)
