We are always looking for dynamic, results-driven sales leaders to oversee teams of Account Executives across various territories as Regional Vice President. What You'll Do :

  • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Define sales territories, assign quotas, and determine target accounts
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and drive success
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies
  • Foster relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
  • Meet or beat quarterly and annual bookings target

What You'll Need To Be Successful :

  • A successful track record delivering results in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader
  • Experience managing and coaching a team throughout the full sales cycle
  • Strong ability to define territories, assign quotas, and drive account planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive pipeline growth and revenue success
