Keystone Bar & Grill is now hiring a Shift Supervisors for all locations . $500 Signing Bonus after 6 months.
We are looking for someone who has leadership or management experience and would like to advance their hospitality career within 4EG.
May be required to work between our 3 locations.
Shift Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Run each shift to ensure smooth operations between the front of house and back of house, to create the most enjoyable guest experiences for all of our guests, whether they are on site, picking up a carry out order, or receiving a delivery order off site
- Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate with teammates, management, and guests
- Proven leadership experience with exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including training, coaching and development
- Dynamic hospitality focus with customer-first attitude
- Team coach with emphasis on culture leadership and commitment to company standards of excellence
- Work with Operations Manager to implement service goals
- Leads regular shift meetings
- Complete and help delegate all opening and closing duties in a timely manner so that the restaurant is FULLY ready to open at designated opening time and close up within an appropriate time
- Administrative duties, including payroll, scheduling, etc.
- Other duties as requested, directed or assigned

- Expected to handle self in a professional manner throughout shifts
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements
- Proficient with POS systems preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Physical Demands
- Physical exertion, including standing for long periods of time, bending, climbing, lifting and moving up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the bar / restaurant, including behind the bar, kitchen and storage areas
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to work varied hours / days as business dictates
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
