Registered Nurse

• An Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in preparation for RN licensure.
• RN licensure in Wisconsin.
• A minimum of six months experience in a long-term care setting following licensure is preferred.

Job Responsibility Overview :

• Supervises direct care provided by LPNs and for his / her assigned patients.
• Assesses and documents condition and changes in the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual status of assigned residents.
• Provides direct care in an efficient, effective manner, which includes the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of residents consistent with the plan of care, nursing process, and department policy and procedures.
