Our client is a global manufacturer of a wide range of petroleum based products used in multiple different markets. They currently seek a Senior Process Engineer to be based at their facility in Shreveport, LA.

As a Senior Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

Provide engineering knowledge for process design and processing techniques
Perform advanced engineering calculations to optimize equipment and processes
Gather and utilize unit test data for troubleshooting
Continuously improve efficiencies and profitability
Provide engineering expertise to support various site projects

Salary Range : $150,000 / year - $160,000 / year

As a Senior Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following :

BS in Chemical Engineering
8+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility; refinery and / or chemicals
Must have experience in process, production, maintenance, and / or operations engineering
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is ideal
