Job Title : Real Estate Broker
Location : Multiple locations in WA state
Department : North Pacific Properties Real Estate Division

Duties and Responsibilities
- Listing homes for sale on the NWMLS
- Advising the Seller on preparing their home for a listing
- Submitting all offers to the Seller for consideration
- Helping Seller negotiate offers towards mutual acceptance
- Working on the Sellers behalf in coordinating the transaction process
- Working with Buyers to towards finding a home to purchase
- Helping Buyers complete the required purchase agreement forms
- Working with the Buyer on their behalf to negotiate a mutual agreement
- Coordinating inspections, reports, and repair negotiations
- Assisting Buyers through the transaction closing and possession of property
Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Real Estate Broker License
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
