Senior Software Engineer (Python)

Our client is an early stage AI start-up bringing LLMs to the forefront of Search technology. They have recently backed by Top AI investors and VCs in the space in order to spearhead their growth, and are currently in search of a Senior Software Engineer with a deep background in working with Python.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software solutions using Python and FastAPI.
- Leveraging GCP services and infrastructure to architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications.
- Implementing containerized applications using Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Utilizing LLMs to enhance natural language processing capabilities and improve application functionality.
- Conducting code reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and providing mentorship to junior team members.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in software development with a focus on Python and FastAPI.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and experience with GCP services.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI / CD pipelines is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
