    • Overview of the Customer Billing Specialist / Customer Service role :

  • Process and manage billing transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records related to billing.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain organized documentation of billing activities and adjustments.
  • Provide excellent customer service when addressing billing inquiries or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes and efficiency.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis related to billing and reconciliation tasks.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Customer Service, Billing, and / or Accounts Receivable
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid database management / Excel skills
