We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Center Director to join our team and lead our efforts in providing high-quality instruction to our students. Why Work with Us :

Job Responsibilities :
- Support the Center Director in assisting with administrative tasks.
- Administer student assessments and develop student learning plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
- Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
- Teach / tutor using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
- Available during instructional hours with weekday and weekend flexibility.

- Passion for math and working with students
- Exceptional math competency
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Proficiency in computer skills

Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
