RN Supervisor LTSS Utilization Management

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Long Term Services & Support Utilization Management Review.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the LTSS Review UM Department, including service authorization and coordination

Provide clinical, technical, and operational support to staff while monitoring work assignments and productivity

Conduct training and orientation programs for staff, and participate in quality audits and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

Unrestricted, current RN license required

3 to 5 years of progressive experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience

Supervisory experience preferred
