What You'll Do : Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies when needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Monitor the premises for any unusual activity and promptly report observations to the appropriate personnel. Support loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting suspicious behavior or activities within the retail environment. Assist customers, visitors, and / or staff as needed to help maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the location. Document incidents and security-related activities in detailed and accurate reports for management review. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
