We are looking for a polished, highly motivated Restaurant General Manager to manage a new location with this emerging brand.

Excellent quality of life, 45-50 hours! If you have the energy and enthusiasm to represent an exciting brand, we want to speak to you today.

What we need :

• This is a Fast-casual restaurant concept looking for a passionate General Manager
• Hands-on operators with a fast-casual or polished service background
• Guest-centric leadership that has a passion for training and development

What you need as a Restaurant General Manager :

• 3+ years as a General Manager
• Ability to handle a BUSY location and uphold brand standards
• Experience with quality fast-casual or polished full-service restaurant brands
• Understanding of restaurant financials and experience with full P&L control
• Expertise in Third Wave coffee is a big plus!

Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits :

• General Managers enjoy an excellent quality of life, working only 40-45 hours, 5 days.
• Strong compensation for the scope of work plus a 15% bonus potential
