What You'll Do

• Open and grow builder accounts (pool contractors, select GC / roofing partners) across LA
• Lead short compliance briefings (what's required in 2026, typical sizing, permit-date rules) and make Suntrek the easy button for builders
• Run a disciplined field cadence : jobsite visits, office calls, industry events
• Track pipeline and forecast in CRM; hit quarterly new-account and revenue goals
