Key Responsibilities
Analyze training needs and determine learning objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Design and develop scalable learning solutions across various formats that align with practice and company goals
Define success metrics and develop assessments that align with the intended learning outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum design, health care management, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience designing learning solutions in innovative industries such as healthcare technology or edtech
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and enhancing content discoverability
Proven experience in diverse delivery environments including live, blended learning, and eLearning
Strong video editing experience and proficiency with e-learning authoring tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360
