Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably with solution-based sales experience
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization, from reception to facilities / safety to C-Suite
  • A dynamic approach to qualifying accounts and moving them into the sales pipeline
  • The ability to develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, converting prospects into valued clients
  • A genuine passion for understanding clients' evolving needs and providing targeted solutions with the ability to build strong alliances and influence key decision-makers at all levels
  • Deep sense of teamwork, putting "we" before "me"
  • Travel may be required

There are a variety of business development opportunities at First Onsite :

  • Client Relationship Manager
  • Paid salary based on experience plus incentive compensation package.

  • Serves as the main point of contact for clients and has the responsibility of building and maintaining strong relationships with them while coordinating with internal teams to provide personalized solutions and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Business Development Manager
  • Paid salary based on experience plus incentive compensation package.

  • Drives new business development initiatives at a regional or national level by executing the sales and marketing strategy to attract and secure new customers while expanding wallet share from existing clients. Must have a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Includes extensive travel at the national level.
  • Sales, Manager
  • Paid salary based on experience plus incentive compensation package.

  • Dual role as a player / coach who is accountable for building / managing their own sales pipeline while mentoring and partnering with Business Development Managers across their region to support their success.
  • Manager, Sales
  • Paid salary based on experience plus incentive compensation package.

  • Leads and manages their local business development team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Analyzes market trends, identifies new business opportunities, and builds strong relationships to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Senior Vice President, Sales
  • Paid salary based on experience plus incentive compensation package.

  • Leads and manages their business development team while developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and overseeing the team's performance. Builds and maintains relationships with key clients, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures the achievement of revenue and growth objectives.
