Qualifications :
- College degree, preferably in information systems or compute science
- Minimum of seven years of relevant development life cycle experience in systems and application management including systems / application design
- 3-5 years of QA experience, preferably in a financial services environment
- Basic understanding of US Liquidity business
- Strong teamwork skills
- Experienced in COBOL / Mainframe technology
QA Analyst is responsible for :
- Working in conjunction with the Business Analysis and Development teams to ensure that applications meet requirements and are of high quality.
- Reviewing Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases to Understand the functional and technical requirements in order to test the application and verify those requirements are successfully met
- Executing test scripts and document defects for test scripts where the actual results do not successfully meet expected results.
- Designing test procedures, maintenance procedures and configurations
- Creating detailed test cases and scripts, works with Business Analyst to determine requirements are captured correctly
- Working with the development team to analyse and resolve defects
- Interaction with business users
