Arizona Licensed Liability Trial Attorney

A company is looking for a Liability Trial Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Represent commercial insureds in high complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases

Conduct initial investigations, prepare legal pleadings, and perform legal research

Handle pre-trial discovery, hearings, trials, and post-trial activities

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor and 7+ years of litigation experience

Active member in good standing of the Arizona State Bar

Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal research tools like Lexis or Westlaw

Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense litigation

First Chair Jury trial experience preferred
